----------- A G R E E M E N T (TERMS OF USE) -----------
IN THE FOLLOWING AGREEMENT:
The term "Server" refers to the computer or computers and system,
including all related equipment, networks and network devices
(specifically including internet access), which store and/or transmit
any files.
The term "SYSop" refers to the system's operator, administrator, creator,
maintainer, or person involved in any related activity done,
thought of or mentioned about this server.
The term "User(s)" refers to any person(s) which have at any time
accessed, viewed, downloaded from, uploaded to or used this server in any way.
THIS IS A PRIVATE SERVER,
This FTP server is for people to upload and download backups.
All the objects on this FTP server are PRIVATE property and are not meant
for viewing or any other purposes other than backup space for the SYSop of
the server and the authorized User(s) or members.
DO NOT ENTER WHATSOEVER unless you have a backup on this server that you wish
to retrieve! Files are stored here at the User(s) risk, SYSop accepts
no responsibility, legally or otherwise.
The User(s) shall not and will not disclose the results of any Server interaction
to any third party without prior written approval from SYSop.
The Server files can not be sold, rented, loaned or leased - unless you are
the sole owner of the file(s).
In no event shall the SYSop or its suppliers be liable to User(s) for any
consequential, special, incidental, indirect or any other damages of any kind
arising out of the delivery, performance, or use of the Server or files stored
on the Server. Even if SYSop has been advised of the possibility of such damages,
in no event will SYSop liability for any claim, whether in contract, tort, or
any other theory of...
