Reflections On A Change Society
When one thinks of spirituality, one thinks of an individual who is lead by God. One must realize that the term "spirituality" has been modified by society. It makes one becomes skeptical to whether or not one is being led by God, if one's spirit is following a different higher being, or if one is being untrue to his/her spirituality.
Back in the earlier days, spirituality and religion was used as a "good" thing. It brought a body of African Americans together to worship the god that brought them through and out of struggles. But as time, problems, and people began to change, society as a whole has depended less on spirituality. When one thinks of their grandparents, nine out of ten of them were very religious and spiritual. Then as one looks at his/her parents, then evaluate one's self, one will see a major difference in the mind setting on god and spirituality. One must then ask self is that why the world has made a change for the worst, and is that why society seems to be so paralyzed and face the issues it face?
Everyone is not the same, meaning everyone's spirit is not the same, which correlates with spirituality being led by one other than God. In this "new society" spirituality has been subdivided into different higher beings. Society only calls on the "true" spirituality once they are place in hard times and they depend on the God to bring them through. As time continues to tick, the gap between the devil's advocates and God's people will continue to become narrower. Spirituality being led by the devil has caused this evident change in society. Compared to centuries ago, society has lost more people, shed more blood, and has received less glory. The devil has taken over these spirits and turned them into mass destruction to mankind and society.
In today's society, people look at God as if he was an unfasten seat belt. People know that seat belts are for protection, but yet still choose not to wear them. Spirituality...
