/ Introduction-
Good morning Orland High school and welcome to our very first broadcast on things that maybe concerning you! Today we will be talking with you about many varieties of subjects that have to do with Orland High School students.
Dress Code Changes-
The high school has some new advisors this year which means some changes on campus. One of the most liked or disliked change is the Dress Code. This year they want all students to be dressed aproperiatly such as students pants must not be overly tight or to baggy, they must NOT touch the ground and they may not have any fridge on the bottom. Also they can not be nailed, taped, or however you try to keep them from not touching the ground to your shoe. One of the girls favorites is how we can now wear noodle strap tops, as long as our bras aren't showing. To me just let us wear whatever we want because we come to school to learn and have fun and without us who would make the money, not the teachers! We don't learn less if we wear less we are just being us!
Less Fights-
Meraculuosly there have been less fightrs in the 5 months that we have been back at school. The new principal and Vice have really been cracking down the wip when it comes to violence at OHS. There have only been two fights involving physical power this year. The fighters were suspended for 2 to 4 days and got demerits! We all hope they learned there lesson for fighting!!
OHS Cheerleaders; Better than Before-
This years' cheer squad has a better coach and dance team then before. Their new coach, which is the varsity boys head coaches wife, works us hard but it sure pays off when the varsity halftime comes around. We want all the support we can get so please if you have nothing to do on a Tuesday or Friday night come and enjoy some booty shackin dancing.
