1. Read the Barco case provided. We will use that case to demonstrate several key elements the scope of a ¡§typical¡¨ marketing planning project.
2. Your Role: Focus on the ENTIRE PROJECTOR LINE as you think about this business and assume that Barco will remain a recognized competitor. You have been asked to prepare a three year strategic marketing plan to improve performance. This guide will help you with that task. You will interact with members of your team and then post answers to the discussion forum.
3. Develop Your Responses to Three Tasks Below: Print one copy of this planning workbook.
