However, I must say...unconditional love is the aspect that sets Lateralus aside from the rest... is it aenema or aenima? they are such different sounding CDs it is hard to compare them, imo killjesus.... from what I've heard from people, and from "there there", Hail to the Thief is going to be like all their previous albums rolled in to one, and moved forward in a way only radiohead could do The mere idea of unconditional love is unfathomable but i agree with thom true..but aenema has just got that edge and it's Ænema It's merely personal choice. yeh ÆNIMA my dc++ doesnt make the flash sign time for a reboot here. brb It's very rare that such creative be achieved...the ability to appreciate both records is the true key... true, im saying theyre only a fraction better, lateralus slips abit due to the annoying fact that its the most well known but annapreciative tool fans *by even Ah, but the popularity should never block your vision of what you like or dislike i know i try to not let it cloud my judgement but it does Understandle... Try listening with your heart instead of your mind yeh, but aenema is still 1st the actual song of aenema is something phenominal and eulogy I tend to agree with all of the songs being phenominal. personally, I think opiate is good, but so incomplete... unbalanced. Undertow is a little shaky but very very good. With Ænema they finally make an album that flows... that all comes together where every song complements and makes the other. And with lateralus, they expand on that. But do it much much better. It's just so beautiful the emotion they put into that cd do you find that many ppl first getting serious about tool will favor sober or undertow? they might salival is a treat, merkaba and rewrite of no quarter is fantastic salival is more than just a cd! Generally speaking... The easiest emotion to achieve is that of anger/aggression...hence, the favoring of albums such as Undertow and Opiate. merkaba is terriffic it doesn't flow like a cd would... it's like a treat in cd form. It has my 3 favorite tool songs though Once the anger is released, the feeling of aenima and laterlus become far more apparent. (no quarter, third eye live, and pushit live) ASZ...thats definately very tue simple psychology really its good, going through stages of tool, getting to understand each in their own Agreed.
