All about of my mother

According to the mother of this story, you can learn the lessons of life through her eyes about: her career, tragedy, a blessing and finally closure. The important features of this story line are based on a cameo of a famous movie, " All about Eve" featuring Betty Davis and the conflict that exist between theater and reality. The director, Pedro Almodovar displayed a riveting aspect of life and the conflict of reality and the theater. He focused on life and how love and hate, good and evil can create or bring an unusual twist to the daily life of a person. His creative storyline allowed the viewer to see how fantasy can corrupt the mind and force the person to be consumed behind the goal of being what they desire. The director also utilized the angles of the camera, the use of color, the props, and over shadowing. With all of these aspects the director has blended several themes: his interest of the theater and admiration for Bette Davis, the reality and fantasy of characters, and how the technical aspects enhance the delivery of a story, through the eyes of Manuela.
The unique cameo of Betty Davis signifies more than an admiration of the film, All about Eve, but shows respect for the woman, actress and her talent. The cameo of Betty Davis immediately added a twist to the movie when Manuela and Esteban were so excited to watch this film together, then the son, Esteban expressed that the story he was writing would be titled, "all about my mother." But, the interesting part was as he wrote the title it also appeared on the screen indicating that this movie would be focused and seen through the eyes of Manuela the mother. So, immediately the viewer would know the main character, which to focus attention on and find what is so interesting about her life.
In comparing these details the director was influenced by the film, " All about Eve" and the distorted viewpoint expressed in the film of theater and reality....
