ACM Q.
Being Buddy’s Friend "She is still a child," Buddy claims referring to his woman friend in the short story" A Christmas Memory" by Truman Capote. Normally, referring to a sixty something year old in this way is a negative remark. This woman however is different. Buddy is just describing her traits, which, in general, means that she acts like a child. She plays with Buddy, who is only seven, and participates in various activities with him. Regularly, having the characteristic of being a child at an elderly age, actually any mature age but especially an old age, is quite bad. In this case, however, Buddy's friend, the woman, obviously has some illness.
