Although marijuana is said to create pacifism and is a stress reliever, individuals still cannot grasp the intense benefits of medicinal marijuana use. Since the mid 1990s, medical marijuana ballot initiatives have received a majority of votes in Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, the District of Columbia, Nevada, Oregon, and Washington State.
