Overview of Frist Art museum

The Frist Center For The Visual Arts Museum was amazing! My first impression was that this building is a prison, where’s the art? The layout of the museum suggested somewhat of an early nineteen hundreds train station also. All in all, the art was unique and fabulous. ... These pieces were borrowed from Walters Art Museum in Baltimore and are comprised of mainly western medieval and Byzantine art from the fourth through fourteenth centuries. ...
