Theory of Evolution Fact or Fiction
... In his book, The Origin of Species, published in 1859, Darwin became the principal salesman of the idea of evolution. ... Before I explain the invalidity of this theory let me try to clarify the scientific position. What exactly is the theory of evolution anyway? Well, strictly defined, evolution is the theory that all forms of life, both living and extinct, have developed by descent with variation from one or a few original simple organisms. This aspect is called biological evolution. ... This is what scientists call chemical evolution. ... This concept is called cosmic evolution. Thus secular scientists and scholars in general see the whole history of the universe as one continuous process of cosmic, chemical and biological evolution. ... In its modern, somewhat simplified form, the Darwinian theory of evolution may be outlined in these terms. ... This is not possible at all with the theory of evolution which eliminates it from the start that it is not a fact but in fact just a theory, or a faith so to speak just as Creation. ... This lack of knowledge led him to devise a theory that did not involve any type of mathematics, a theory that was based on simple reasoning, a theory called evolution, which was actually a term that he didn’t even use at his time. There are many things that would be required to prove the case of evolution. This would involve first of all showing us thousand of fossil series to prove that a slow process of evolution “created,” one after the other, thousands of new complex designs. For example, show us the transitional fossils to document the gradual step-by-step evolution of a backbone or of reptile’s scales into mammal’s fur or bird feathers. ... Next, scientists would need to devise and experimentally testable theory of evolution to explain how mechanisms of genetics and embryonic development “created” a backbone or change scales to fur or feathers.
