Peters, Page 1 12/11/02 The following document is a consultation for Mark Spenser, owner of Sunset Landscape Services (S.L.S.). Mr. Spenser contacted our group on Wednesday January 19, 2001 in need of professional advice on a recent merger offer from Browns’ Lawn Care (B.L.C.). The topics that will be discussed is in the following pages is a merger should not be committed and the reasons to reinstate our advice. Our consulting knowledge of this document is of complete accuracy and originality. The first scenario as we analyzed is to come up with a clear decision as we have reviewed the questions, facts, and situation of Mr. Spenser. As a consulting group we decided that S.L.S. shouldn’t merger with Browns’ Lawn Care.
