The Power of Caring Patch Adams is a great true story about a man who was determined to help others. Patch played by Robin Williams actually committed himself into a psychiatric institute. While there he discovers a new way of looking at things in life. And with the help of some of his fellow patients he realizes that he loves to help and heal others. Patch does this through something very simple laughter. Laughter is a very important element in life, and it is very valuable to spend the last of your days with faith, hope, love, and of course laughter. Patch realizes that treatment in hospitals is horrible, and decides that he will do whatever it takes to improve it. Patch takes a very interesting and fun approach to treating patients.
