Country Time Sucked
... When I was extremely bored and depressed because of all the fighting that was going on in my house, I sucked Country Time Lemonade through a brightly colored twisty straw. I got my secret blue see-through bowl, which looked green in some spots because of the yellow lemonade not being totally cleaned out from previous use, out of the bottom cupboard by the sink right behind the Country Time canister, which I also picked up. ... There was no longer any more time to hide my underlying depression, pain, and hurt from our broken family in laziness and the ever comforting lemonade powder. Although my depression never went away entirely, it is now suppressed with the responsibilities and time schedules of college and being on the basketball team.
