Jury on Frankenstien

Negligence, malpractice, emotional distress, and physical distress. These are the four counts that Dr. Frankenstein was alleged to have committed against the “Creation” that he created. The prosecution did not prove that Dr. Frankenstein was guilty on all of these counts. On the first count of negligence, Dr. Frankenstein was found not guilty. I agreed with this decision by the jury. Dr. Frankenstein knew about 90% of the time where his “Creation” was therefore we concluded that he was not negligent towards the “Creation.” The jury was unanimous on the decision of not guilty for the count of malpractice.
