Freedom of Speech
Freedom of Speech is something anyone living in the United States should have. The first amendment states government cannot abridge freedom of expression. So that means that private employers can. No I don’t think so. For one we have the free speech area on our campus. No one has the right to tell him/her to shut up. And we are not the government. But we still don’t have the right to shut up anyone or tell them what or what not to wear. There was a similar incident in my hometown where the owner was a soccer fan and some of his employees were too.
