A Household Name The name Robert Frost has become so familiar in the poetry world that it has become a household name. His poems have been published in many collaboration books of poetry like “Selected Poems by Robert Frost” and other books that were specifically put together like “A Boy’s Will”, but have these people that have become so familiar with the poems ever become familiar with the poet? Robert Frost struggled with anxiety and self doubt (which sometimes reflects in the poems he wrote. ... ” Many of Frost’s poems were written about everyday life, nature, and he also gave a wonderful imagery for the reader to create a good vision. Robert Lee Frost was born in San Francisco March 26, 1874. After the death of his father, a journalist, in 1885 when Frost was eleven years old, his family left California and settled in Massachusetts. Frost attended Lawrence High School where he shared valedictorian honors with Elinor White, which he would later marry in 1895. After High School Frost enrolled in Dartmouth College but remained less than one semester.
