The Time Machine
An analytical essay by Larry Z. ...
The Time Machine is a book of accurate scientific prediction, science, and adventure. It is about a scientist who invents a time machine, and with it travels eight hundred thousand years into the future, and then to ‘places’ further in Time. Time is depicted as being a mere dimension, just the same as the three of space; we are constantly moving forward in it, however to get further quicker or to go back, a machine must be made, just as balloons and helicopters are necessary to go “up” in the height dimension and stay there for a substantial amount of Time.
The prediction of the story lies in what The Time Traveler finds deep in the future.
