Organizational Behavior
INDTRODUCTION “Organizational Behavior is the study of individuals and groups in organizations.” (Schermerhorn, Jr., Hunt, & Osborn. p.3). All the organizations have certain kinds of behavior that they adapt to. Like the definition suggests, behavior in an organization is based on how individuals in certain aspects of a business act in different aspects. These aspects can be communicating with fellow employees, culture of an organization, the way an organization is set technologically and many more aspects. I work at a very prestigious company called TIAA-CREF. They are one of the largest financial organizations in the world. At my company, good communication between employees is a very important factor. Communication between an employee and a supervisor is important so that each of them know what the other person demands or what the other person expects out of you.
