It’s 7:15; you are on your way to work, which starts at 7:30. You’re on the intersection Victory and Laurel Canyon, running late enough as it is, so you got to step on it! 4 minutes pass, and your now on Coldwater Canyon. It takes 4 minutes to get to the 3rd light! You say to yourself, “Gee, why aren’t I moving? There’s hardly any traffic.” You look at the second car ahead of you, the driver is going 25 on a 35!
