The process of reframing for G7 involved first establishing ourselves within the current managements role (beware of current frames), and uncovering GDIs metaphorical frames of evolution and "shock therapy". Once we articulated the frames GDI was using to handle the change in organizational vision, we contrasted GDIs metaphorical frames with our own metaphorical reframing of the situation of fissures and corporate earthquakes. ...
