ISPs work on models, and the best way to choose is to see if that model suites the users needs. Some ISPs target businesses and organisations, where as others aim their services at private (individual) users. ... Small ISPs wouldnt be able to supply access to a vast number of users, as they would be short on servers. ...
This does not mean to say that only the big companies are the only best ISPs available. ... Where as pay-as-you-go ISPs are very cheap and easy to connect, but not necessarily the best connection to the net. ...
