Korvan
First off I would like to say, Howdy. I am sure you all know me by now. My ingame name is Korvan, My real name is: Christopher Morris. I live in Alabama, and I am 18 years old. Very much a male thank you for asking. So I figure, a little history on me is the least I can give you. You are my members and deserve to know me as best as you can. I have been a part of TDZK for a year and a half now. I have learned things in my time here. I had a stint in JWW. An old alliance out of 1.0 (Not the original game... that was the final product of creating the game, every game after has been a basic improvement on that. Before 1.0 were rounds that were alot LIKE beta tests but that ran for real periods of time). We were allied with an alliance called Impierial Dreams. We both had 2 wings each. KAOS was at one of the peaks of it is power at the time. ID and JWW waged a rather large war on basicly everyone else playing. We won. Every planet in the galaxy save one was owned by JWW, ID, or one of our allies (IGF being our main OTHER ally, a rather unknown alliance was spared as well). The planet that was spared happened to be called "Bubblegum". The planet was next to a station(which sold carriers hehe). In 1.0 repair rates were not cut on planets and you could stock drones and such with newb turns. The planet was never taken, despite some really great efforts. I was at the fore-front of the battles as often as possible. This was very often. I was involved in the planning and the carrying out of the planet taking. Near the end of the round, JWW and ID both became inactive, and KAOS and HOLY fought back. We were in no position by then to do anything about it. We managed to field a total of 6 ships when ID's largest planet was hit. I being the only JWW involved. The round ended with a draw. Though we had managed to take most of the planets in the game at one time, and had the game firmly in our hands at one point, the HOLY/KAOS coalition had the game firmly in their hands at the very end of the round. Then came 2.0. JWW had been a great bit of fun, but lacked what it once had. It did not survive 2.0. In 2.0 I joined FX. Thus began my expieriance in running things. IcyChick had an alliance at the time called FX. I would started my own alliance, but I had not managed many recruits. I suggested an alliance with FX, who suggested a merge. I accepted the merger and was appointed a sub-commander. After a few weeks, the 2 people who I would recruited for my original alliance proved very inactive. This coincided with IcyChick having her child. By popular vote, the leadership was turned over to me until she came back. I took the oppourtunity to kick the 2 members I would brought with me for inactivity. Eventually Icy returned and I gave back leadership. FX continued to be a medium force alliance for most of 2.1.
