Mind over Body
Mind/Body In Descartes’ meditations he goes into depth of how things don’t always appear the way they should be. More often he says that any kind of motion of the body is “false” and that all his actions are just in his mind. He questions the “higher being” of giving him the thoughts and actions of his body and mind, explaining that Descartes himself is capable of producing his thoughts. This is how Descartes comes up with the problem that the body and mind are somehow in-sync with each other.
