When I was first given this assignment I was very skeptical and I really didn’t know what to do. Through patience and a lot of work I have reached the goal of designing this billboard. The most difficult part of this assignment was finding the equations of the 8 parabolas within the “M” logo. This was the first goal I tried to achieve. My first attempt was to trace an “M” from a Big Mac box onto a grid. Then find the zeros and vertex and solve for a in factored form.
