A personal challenge for me is the lack of strong servant leaders model; being a young leader that learns best by discussing and modeling behavior, it is more difficult for me to learn and put the principles of servant leadership into practice.
Also, the servant-leader model can be difficult for a single individual to implement since it requires a change in attitude more than a change in structure.
