f) I can relate this information to my own teat run by making sure my fitness test is completed properly, I receive all the info and scores from that test, I keep all of my scores and info in a booklet, I should make changes to my training program in hope to improve my fitness level and I should conduct further tests that are the same knowing when they are and what level I am needed to be at when performing them.
