Organizational Behavior (QB), as Robbins (2002) defines is a field of study that investigates the impact the individuals, groups, and structure have on behavior within the organizations for the purpose of applying such knowledge toward improving an organization’s effectiveness. OB is concerned with the study of what people do in an organization and how their behavior affects the performance of the organization. Organization is a coordinated social unit, composed of people that function on a continuous basis to achieve common set of goals. Effective employee’s communication is a critical skill in meeting organization goals. Communication has two components: technical and soft skill.
