To fulfill the course requirements of this class I am required to write an evaluation of the existing organizational structure and communication process as well as make recommendations based off of the results of that analysis to a company I have worked for or are currently working for. I have chosen to evaluate my current employer of one and a half years T-Mobile, for recommendations on a better working environment. Topics that are discussed and expanded upon include: information about T-Mobile and my job, the communication process, announcements and who is in charge of making them, crisis control, corporate culture, and the recommendations I would make to T-Mobile as a company.
