Walden

Men think of themselves in many different ways and it has been within this premise that a man’s fate has been determined. This theory is stated best by Thoreau in Walden, which talks about his philosophy’s including one based on this, one that I agree with. The way men think of themselves has always been the bases for their fate. If a person is positive and has a positive outlook on his life, it leads him to have a positive fate. The same goes for a negative person, or even for those that think of themselves above others or below others.
