Private Sewage Disposal Systems Removal: Private sewage disposal systems ( i.e. cesspools, septic tanks,seepage pits) that has been disconnected from dwelling shall have all sewage removed by a qualified pumping service. The top covers or arch over shall be removed before filling. The filling shall not exceed the vertical portions of the sidewalls. All vents and outlet pipes shall be removed or plugged prior to filling. Backfill with 2 sack slurry to top of vertical walls. Any damage to the concrete or landscaping shall be repaired/replaced to match condition prior to work being done.
