I do believe that travelling can also broaden your mind and that is why Id like to comment this saying: Dear audience, Right at the beginning, Id like to quote Robert Louis Stevenson, who said: "For my part, I travel not to go anywhere, but to go. ... " Robert Louis Stevenson (1850-94) I totally agree with this statement because I suppose that by travelling you feel that you are still alive. ... Thatīs why I think that travelling broadens your perspective in life and your horizons. It develops an open mind and you feel more relaxed in difficult situations, accepting things without much struggle. So theres surely some truth in the old saying that travelling broadens your mind, but a lot depends on your attitude towards other peoples` cultures and traditions, and how happy you feel in a place where you may not understand the language or be aware of the different customs. ... However, I think even in this situation you are able to broaden your mind, maybe by getting to know the people in the resort and learning about their cultures and different habits.
