Mary is a missionary in a South East Asian country, country X. She had just moved to a new village in country X. This new village was considerably wealthier than the previous village she was stationed in and the hearts of the people were also somehow colder. She remembered with fondness the love of the native Christians in the previous village she was stationed at for two years. Her misson agency had sent her to the new village for the next few years with this one aim: to share the gospel of Jesus Christ with the villagers and plant a church with indigenous Christians who would subsequently build up the church.
