Josha Giddings From the beginnings, the scripture tells of a man called Moses, whose people experienced the harshes of slavery. From that spoke the word of God to free these people from the bonds of the pharaohs. But the pharaohs refused and with this came the wrath of God. These slaves eventually found their freedom. That is why I speak unto you my fellow representatives that slavery is evil, an evil that will eventually spread like a plague.
