Is It Worth Downloading A Paper
What is the use of stealing a paper? Who do you think will do your work for you at your job? What about disciplinary action at your school, the embarrassment of your family if they find out, the damage to your reputation? Teachers assign papers in order to help you grow in knowledge and learn how to synthesize ideas into new information.
Teachers know about these websites too. Don't take the easy way out. Learn to think, write and document properly. You won't regret it if you go on to graduate school, or a research position.
Do you know what else doesn't work? Cutting and pasting text from an online book that has been published. Or scanning an ancient paper with old figures.
Many teachers will fail a student for a course, or at least for the portion of your grade that the paper encounters. You may be called into an academic honesty hearing. It will go on your permanent record.
So, is it worth it?
If you need help annotating your paper, go to your local library or librarian. Ask your instructor to see an example of a term paper that earned an A in his or her class.
There are many online resources to assist you as well. Do a google search and you will find many.
A man once asked a woman, "Would you sleep with me for a million dollars?" "That's tempting!" she replies. "Yes, I think so."
"Would you sleep with me for ten dollars?" He says. She gets furious. "Ten dollars! What do you think I am?"
"We've already established what you are," the man replies. "Now we are negotiating the price."
What is your integrity worth?
