There is a dispute between the sans-culotte and The Gironins, who were liberal pro -revolutionists who dissapproved of the movement. This is a public source in the form of a newspaper. A newspaper is a printed publication, containing information of interest and current events to the public. This newspaper was written and published by Jacques-Rene Hebert, a radical pro-revolutionist and member of the Cordeliers Club, and was distributed by pamphleteers. This is a document of record as it does indicate that an event did take place, even though its contents are bias. It shows the attendance of the sans-culottes at an important meeting , at an important venue with significant figures of the goverment. As the contextual information does state, that it reachd a million readers by 1793. It may not have given all attitudes of the san- culottes , but its contents were approved of by the distributers and readers.
