1) Full Responsibility and Accountability for the Project. The project manager is fully accountable for the outcome of the project. In essence, he/she is the glue that holds the project together. It is the project managers responsibility to lead the project with passion, as if it was his or her own business. ... 3) Defines Project Roles and Responsibilities. The project manager is ultimately responsible for ensuring that project members understand what is expected of them and what they should expect from one another.
