Executive Overview
This paper features Branch-Smith Printing Division, the recipient for the coveted Malcolm Baldridge Small Business Award in the year 2002. This small business is considered by many to be a force to recon with when it comes to implementing workplace productivity, and this can be seen by the numerous awards that fill its portfolio. These awards include recognition by the National Association for Printing Leadership (NAPL), the Institute for Family business, as well as the attainment of the ISO 9001 Certification Standard in 1996 and 2002. It is the hope of the writer of this paper to highlight those characteristics of Branch-Smith Printing Division that have contributed in it’s accomplishments in workplace productivity.
