Legal Position of John

In order to find out John’s legal position we have to look at The Law of Contract. Distinctly to what a contract is, the formation of a contract, offers as contracts and invitations to treat. We will also look at the lapse in time of an offer. John’s legal position can be determined by looking at each of these areas of law. A contract is an agreement by two or more parties, which can be enforced by law. The formation of a contract occurs when there is an offer and an acceptance. Without both there is no contract.
