This kind of ethics is reached when only humans are considered, thus making them only morally considerable. ... Animal-centered ethics considers individual non-human animals and not species, stating they cannot be ranked equally. However, animal ethics on occasion will give different moral significance to different kinds of animals, stating this is okay because they don’t have higher interests as humans do. Life-centered ethics regards ALL living things as morally considerable although not equally significant, at least if you’re not a radical.
