Australia must accept more refugees
Ladies and gentleman, boys and girls, and honorable parliamentarians, We stand here today to tell you all that, Australia must increase its intake of refugees and asylum seekers. Australia has a long standing history of racism from the early days when Australia was discovered, the treatment of Aboriginals, the white Australia policy and of course the treatment of men, woman and children arriving from different countries. However, before I begin I would like to obliterate some outstanding myths about Australia’s refugees. ... If Australia opens up its arms to “illegals” we face a grave danger of terrorists and criminals coming by boat. Truth: This in its self is pure hypocrisy seeing as the only criminals that have ever entered Australia have gone through the governments’ official system, as it favors any one with connections in Australia.
