Almost every middle or high school in Amer- ica has afterschool athletics.I understand that the school- board is thinking about canceling them.Personally,I think you should take away these after-school athletics because they tire out kids,distract them from their homework, and keep them from spending valuable time with their family. Spending at least two hours afterschool everyday in athletics will surely reduce quality family time.How is a child supposed to bond with his/her family,if all they have time for is to eat,take a quick shower,and be rushed during their homework?
