One who feels emotion and appreciates human communication will be quick to agree that e-mail is not a good substitute. Although e-mail is quick and convenient, there is an appropriate time to use it. If not written properly or thought through, e-mail messages can come off as unclear and offensive. As a result, this shows how informal an e-mail can become. ...
