Effective Team Characteristics There are many types of teams. Basketball Teams, baseball teams, football teams, self-managed teams, learning teams, and the list goes on. The one thing that all teams have in common is a shared goal. This paper describes the effective team characteristics of self-managed teams and learning teams, gives an analysis of each team members personal learning style based on the 4MAT’s categorization, and also predicts the influences our learning styles will have on future team performance.
