It is possible to accomplish everything we desire to accomplish in the time in which we are given, but if you go through life without some kind of structure, attempting to complete your daily task in a timely manner will appear to be tedious. By developing the proper “Time Management Principles” you can take control of your time and therefore your life. Time Management strategies fulfill a number of functions. The main purpose is to plan activities and schedule time for completing them, by doing so you can fit everything that you need to do in. These strategies can help to predict when one will be most busy, so that plans can be made ahead of time. A second purpose is that when you know what your time limits are and keep to your schedule it helps to eliminate being late. Time Management strategies also aid in remembering obligations such as meetings, appointments, and special events. There are always reasons and contributing factors why one should time manage, but there are also advantages to time management.
