Water is the most vital element for sustenance of plant and animal life on earth.At a very early age of geography we are taught that 3/4ths of the earth is covered with water.But still today we see a severe shortage of water in most developing countries.Parched earth,dry rivers lack of irrigation in some of the rural areas in my country is unquestionably the greatest hinderance to better living conditions.
