JUVENILE DELINQUENCY

"if there's no hope that tomorrow will be any different from today, and if today is intolerable, there's nothing to stop you from taking what you want and doing as you please..." In chalidren, adolescents mainly, that kind of a behavior is known as Delinquency. In adults in top echelons of society and business, that behavior is known as "being successful". their motivation may differt, but the delinquents and the "successful" adults are intent on taking what they want and doing as they please without regard for the rights of others. And successful adults are rewarded for this whereas the delinquents are punished! Juvenile Delinquency is becoming more and more common in the society. Almost everyday we have an article in the newspaper of robbery or kidnapping and sometimes it is committed by people under the age of eighteen.
