Research Proposal “Home schooling? Should we send our children to there?” Parents, strongly having the deep commitment of providing the best education for their children, marked the history of the home education movement. For my research, I intend to study some of the impact of home schooling on the US children. The number of home schooling in the US has almost tripled in last decade since tendency of the parents have embraced a movement once pondered “the domain of aging hippies and religious fundamentalists” (CQ Research). The supporters say education at home is the best way to guarantee a high-quality education with an exemption from federal and state liability requirements. On the others hand, critics alert that isolating children from the public schools would deprive than of a “pillar of democracy”.
