... Spanish, my major study field, gives me - besides that I is fun studying Spanish at university and reading Spanish books- some advantages in everyday life in contrast to my friends. Accordingly I am able to understand or even sing Spanish songs texts which my friends do not not have a notion of. Equally I take advantage of understanding the Spanish language in Spanish and Mexican restaurants. ... Likewise in Spanish clothing shops like Mango or Zara, I am sometimes glad -and sometimes not- about understanding the shop assistents when they are talking about their customers. Likewise me some of my friends like Spanish music, unless they cannot follow the texts.
