The cloning of human beings is a very serious issue in society today. The talk about cloning heated up a few months ago when it was rumored that the first baby clone, aptly named Eve, was created. This brought about a debate, so to speak, of whether or not cloning human beings was or was not morally acceptable. ... The main opposition to human cloning comes from the Roman Catholic Church. A bishop in the Church made a comparison of cloning to a weapon of mass destruction. ... ” (A6) Basically, this figure in the church is stating that cloning is not the best choice for society, even if it is progressing technology and what we know about human beings.
