Growing up isn’t easy. Growing means change…. We learn to love, we enter a commitment. What if changes turned out to be on the negative sides? Should we face those hardships? Or just fake our feelings? You know what helps me understand this better? I think about a tree. (I know this example might sound ‘young’, but sometimes the simple things show me so much. This is the idea: you and I, at our king of age, are kind of little seeds that are in the process of growing into mature trees. Now, a tree seed might say, ‘But I like being a seed. Who wants to be a tree anyway? They have to stand in the wind, the rain and storms, and could get hurt while I’m growing.
